What advice would you give to fellow Ambassadors? Think deeply, speak gently, love much, laugh often, work hard, give freely, and be kind!
Besides Ambassadors organizations are you involved in? I’ve been heavily involved with Theater-by-the-Grove since my freshman year. I tutor Art History at the library’s walk-in tutoring center. I am a fairly active certified actor combatant (different than LARPing) and I often assist Michael Hood, Dean of Fine Arts, with various productions and workshops.
If you were on American Idol what song would you chose to sing and why? “Hold On” by Wilson Philips. Because “I know that there is pain, but you hold on for one more day.” Plus who doesn’t love Wilson Philips?
What is your favorite Ambassador memory? Laser tag at the 2015 spring retreat (Hufflepuff undefeated!)
What cereal best describes you as a person? Sweet potato kashi. Because it pretends to be healthy, but come on—it’s still cereal.
What are your plans after graduation? I have applied to grad school for Art History MA/PhD programs (haven’t heard back yet, but I’ll keep you posted!)
What will you take away from Ambassadors with you? Though I wasn’t with the ambassadors long, I will always remember how, no matter how different and diverse a group of people may be, there is nothing so welcoming as people who genuinely care about each other, their organization, their school, and the lives of others.
