Senior Spotlight: Mike Griffith

Name:  Mike Griffith

Major:  GIS/Cartography & Environmental Geography

Ambassador Role:  Last person to be the exec board position U.R.

Joined Ambassadors: Spring 2014

What advice would you give to fellow Ambassadors?  Make the most of your years at IUP and with you other fellow Ambassadors because they fly by before you know it!

Besides Ambassadors organizations are you involved in? Phi Delta Theta, The National Society of Leadership & Success – Sigma Alpha Pi, Planning Student Organization (PSO)/GTU, IUP Running Club, College Republicans, YAF – Young Americans for Freedom (plus working Stern’s, IMAPS, and Crimson Guide (when needed))

If you were on American Idol what song would you chose to sing and why?  Anything by Zac Brown Band, I’m a country music fanatic!

What is your favorite Ambassador memory? For sure the end of the year “gathering” at Mark’s last spring!

What cereal best describes you as a person?  Honey Bunches of Oats – Honey Roasted (it’s my favorite and because I’m so sweet 😉 LOL)

What are your plans after graduation?  Attend grad school (really hoping Syracuse!)

What will you take away from Ambassadors with you?  That I have met some of my best friends from IUP through Ambassadors and that these wonderful people are the greatest people on the IUP campus. The best organization I become involved with on campus
